Perhaps there should be a “fat tax” or a “sugar tax” on unhealthy foods. It could be offset elsewhere.

I think that is a good idea Rob, I’d support a tax that brought the cost of crap food in line with the cost of healthier alternatives. It worked with gasoline, it can work with food.

And here we go, another call for a sugar tax. Of note, when Hungary introduced such a tax, consumption of sugary drinks fell from 117 to 69 million liters. So, they do work.
