Love this video :) I should get back to listening to my philosophy pod-casts. It’s a shame there as so many that think Lewis and Aquinas are the heights of philosophy. Lately I have been getting into reading Aesop’s Fables. My favourite has been “The Hares harangued the assembly, and argued that all should be equal. The Lions made this reply: “Your words, O Hares! are good; but they lack both claws and teeth such as we have.” ”
As far as the video goes, I have to say Epicurus was onto something. Indeed, it seems that the pursuit of wealth, sex, and luxury is that which makes most unhappy.

I like philosophy as well, it’s on my to read list, but at about the 4th or 5th spot, so rarely do I read enough of it. :/
