It is quite insipid actually. I mean, there is one thing in giving people the benefit of the doubt, but do we extend this courtesy to the fox to guard the hen house?
We should not. It is just unfortunate that unless people are getting directly creamed by the negative effects of something, their willingness to organize and act is generally low.
I imagine when the Florida Panhandle becomes the Florida Island Archipelago we might seem some concerted effort when it comes to getting a handle on emmisisons and what not.
