I just realized that my teaching method is – under the auspice of ‘making connections’ – networking curriculum into meaningful (personally important and relative) knowledge, which may explain my popularity among students to be interesting… regardless of subject (although I have my favourites).
I really do think this is the evolution of thinking away from hierarchical paradigms of knowledge to an model of understanding our interconnectedness with the universe.
