After Chernobyl, the radiation which is dangerous to humans but superficially less so to other organisms (they generally don’t live long enough to get cancer) has led to an “unintentional park” where wildlife is thriving, so to speak. In this sense, everything else would be the winner of a nuclear meltdown.

FWIW, in many cases, an actual unintentional park would not be like the world before humans, but rather a weed and pest paradise. For example, if there was such a one in the US it would (likely) quickly get overrun with kudzu and other weeds.
