Notes To Ponder
The unfortunate truth is that climate change or not is dependent on who stands to gain from it. Until we band together with a resounding “ENOUGH” nothing but money matters.

A majority of our citizenry considers “banding together” an act of terrorism. Look at Occupy or Idle No More or G20 protests or the student protests in Quebec, all shut down down by massive heavy handed police intervention, WITH the citizenry’s approval. As the G20-Praxis theatre group aptly wrote, Canadians’ thoughts on such things is “You should have stayed home”. Economics is the new religion and Canadians drink that Koolaid just as much as the USers or any other nation.

Many Canadians are a little too comfortable, or have too much to lose to go ‘whole ham’ into activism. :/
