Hence the descriptor and importance of ‘TruthSpeak’ (from 1984), meaning the switching to this ‘type’ of linguistics to help ‘release’ us from the mental strongholds hindering us from individuality and peace… strongholds like reality and reason and evidence and giving a shit about what’s true. We have to get past all of those bigoted and racist and intolerant ‘traps’ to try to eliminate the conflicts and incompatibilities and hypocritical positions inherent in ‘correct’ PoMo ideology.

Interesting sex-based differences in microglia (sp?) neuropathy. In spite of incorrect ideology, it seems reality has the unwoken bad manners to insist on having the final say why some pain medication works for males but not females…. not that females should have an cause to complain, of course, because they don’t have to identify as a female and so – POOF! – their pain is hereby ordered to respond to the male medication!
Umm… except that… well… it doesn’t always. Such social bigotry and intolerance is to blame, you see. So many victims to save from the bigotry of biology. All it takes is the right words!
In contrast, I think it’s too bad the woke are able – in the name of tolerance and respect and equality – to force real life researchers from receiving money to investigate real world sex-based differences and thus stop real world research from addressing real world medication effective for sex-based differences in real world biology. The real world has no place in the woke world.

I’ve been in discussions with people who genuine believe that changing one’s natal sex is possible.
It is just boggling because physiologically, as you mentioned, there are different medical and biological concerns and requirements.
Males will never need a pap smear – yet here in Canada (and trying in the UK) men who think they are women are agitating to make that happen.
Medical resources and professional time is not an unlimited resource the time available to females will go down if the medical profession has to cater to delusional males.
The situation is most galling and represents a patriarchal backslide in society as once again female needs are pushed to the back of (or out of) the queue to satisfy male desires.
