This is what people have a problem with, don’t let the activist play word games with you.
The dynamic at play is this: Inclusivity ONLY comes into play when people and the ideas that they share agree with what the activists say. Messages contrary to woke activist ideology therefore are not included under the umbrella of inclusivity.
Thus, be wary when you see the term “inclusive” because it is often used to perform the polar opposite function.

Inverted meaning is a hall mark sign of post modern thinking. (We used the same dictionary of words but do not share their ‘true’ meanings.) Whenever you encounter the kind of reasoning that presents ‘White is another KIND of black,’ or ‘up is another KIND of down,’ you immediately know you’re dealing with reasoning already captured by an ideology that is attempting to conquer our shared language and use it to its singular advantage. This is how ideologues are born. This is how otherwise good and caring people are sucked into being frontline soldiers for a hostile ideology attempting to accomplish exactly the opposite of what the soldiers think they are fighting for. Anti-racism promotes racism, inclusivity promotes exclusivity, diversity promotes conformity, equity promotes privilege, and so on. If nothing else, ideologues wage war against a common language and subvert it for its own divisive advantage (as in, “only I can properly understand this term whereas you don’t so you’re just going to have trust me over trusting yourself and you are Bad Person unless you join me to become a Good Person).
