I’m an introvert. To be honest, I really do not like people too too much. I find them to be loud, generally inane and
always bothersome.
That being said I’m also aware of the necessity of communication and its links to good mental health and well-being in general.

Hello. This opening post will hopefully be the first of many that will cover a broad range of topics that interest me and that I care about. My views would be considered left of center overall and I approach most issues from that point of view.
