I’m not seeing the parody at all. This is what women who are domestically abused have to go through.
The title of the video is misleading, granted, but I believe it was for effect as it highlights and bring the issue of domestic violence unabashedly into the open.
It is certainly not a comfortable view or a pleasant one, but again, necessarily so.
