I’m not sure. I’d like to say that its just the one that a very good at wheeling and dealing make it to the highest chair. Wheeling and dealing though, is associated with being a dick though and thus, the traits that we wouldn’t want to see in our friends are *rewarded* in politics. Thus the cavalcade of douche that graces our nations highest offices…
I’m still in the theoretical stages here, but I think I’m getting closer to the truth… :>
