“Biblical Morality”
Now that’s an oxymoron if ever there was one.

Of all theistic arguments, the argument from morality has to be the most ridiculous.

The top of a long list of ridiculous shite that comes from dogmatic religious belief.
It’s hard to even argue with people over this stuff anymore. There seems to be progress of a sort – but its *so*fragile.
The climate needs to be right to keep the Enlightenment going . Just look at certain parts of the US and Canada pockets exist where people still believe that religion and morality are happy bedfellows. Troubling and scary as f*ck because willful ignorance and insular communities breed intolerance and hate so darn quickly.
Consider that the GOP is the party of ‘family values’ – how much pussy do you need to grab before that statement is nullified?
I think more of the religious see the quotation marks around family values at least with DT at the helm, but does it really take the extreme buffoonery on exhibit to show people what is wrong?
JZ, rational people need not to be afraid of DT. The clownshow he lives in is self-defeating.
What scares the bejeezuz out of me, is the next candidate cribbing DT’s notes on whipping up racism, sexism, and reactionary rhetoric in order to create enough fear to win an election. A polished politician that doesn’t huff crazy-clown-narcissism – very likely could sweep to power.
That is what we need to worry about. :/

Absolutely, and he/she will sail there on the winds of the Trmp Media company that is coming after the elction… a media company that will make Fox News look like the ABC (CBC).

That was a very steam of consciousness comment on my behalf. Sorry if it was hard to follow.
Trump media will have to install a tunnel to get under the low bar set by FOX for journalistic integrity. :/
I love the ABC, and of course the CBC and BBC. In my opinion, CBC should be stealing all the good ideas that ABC has – like Q&A – I love that show. :)
