I think most if not all of them ate meant to be sarcastic and funny. Not serious. If the movie is good (I’m hoping to see it tomorrow) then it doesn’t matter whether it has a male or female lead.
I’m looking forward to seeing it though!

I thought Force Awakens was great, and that the female the lead was great, too. The Force is also gender-blind and color-blind, which gives anyone on-screen the ability to be a formidable hero or villain. If a 3ft green midget can kick some ass, anybody can. Plus I think Finn is hiding some latent Jedi skills which is why he couldn’t kill anybody.
Anyways – you’ll get the male sissies on the one side complaining more and more how everything is pro-female liberal trash as movies progress, and then you’ll get the liberal sissies on the other complaining about, well, everything – and making ridiculous tweets such as this one:

This pissing and moaning isn’t half as bad as the racists who can’t handle seeing Black people in what are considered to be “white” roles, but it definitely comes from the same fragile ego that all with privilege possess.
