Vishnu and Fiona are still in the process of acclimatising to each other. It has gotten better, as catured in these pictures. :)

Trying to get a picture while keeping the kittehs in their sombre monorail arrangement proved tough to photograph.

Darn cats kept on moving, the nerve.

The look I get, often accompanied by a wet nose on my leg, reminding me to practice the social democratic values I espouse.

A pic from earlier in the year, with the high summer sun lighting our bedroom and most favorite dog, Shadow. :)

She certainly is; especially when food or attention to be had. :)

It really is too funny as it is a role reversal of sorts. Our old cat Lilith was an evil cat, and all Vishnu (grey cat) wanted to do was play with her.
Didn’t happen. Lilith clawed first and then clawed some more after.
We got Fiona (white cat) a couple of months after we had to put Lilith down as she was losing the battle with her cancer. Fiona is just a big white fluffy love-bug who *looooooves* to play. Of course, Vishnu wants no part of that. His little cat brain misses the irony of the situation.

Yeah, cats are irony-impaired. The Manchild’s Beatrice kitty is the fluffy love-bug here, except to the German Shedder Girl. There is no end of comedy in watching pet dynamics, is there?
