I remember something else Chelsea wrote once that really stuck with me, about how pro-legalization people argue that prostitution is a personal service industry, but in actual personal service industries the person providing the service is in control, while with prostitution, men most decidely do not want to be passive, they do not want the prostituted person making any decisions, they want complete power over the interaction.

I want to cry. And then I want to go out and shout into someones face, preferably the insufferable smirky faces of Niall Couper (Head of Media, PR and Supporter Care, Amnesty International) and Patricia Kaatee (Policy Adviser at Amnesty International Norway).
I put money in their coffers for 20 years. Not a penny from me since July last year. In fact I’m still reeling from their horrible, senseless decision to actually promote sex slavery.
You write so exceptionally well, your anger is palpable. Thank you for being so incredibly brave.
