Muslim women have no rights. They are the property of their Fathers first, then of their husbands. It’s not a rights issue… It’s an issue with Islam

@KIA Nah. It’s a problem with the patriarchy. Just because we in the west have freed ourselves from Theocracy doesn’t mean christianity isn’t just as bad. I mean, the story of Jacob literally has him purchasing his wives from their father through indentured servitude. I don’t know much about other religions, but the dominate one where I live certainly has women being purchased in it. The biggest problem is that all the religions I’ve known have all both supported and been supported by the patriarchy.
