Yes, and transgender ideologues illogically argue that these human-constructed social cues are somehow “innate.”

I’m exactly the opposite. I was completely girly and loved girly things as a young child, but by the time I was an adult I matured into a sensible plain jane. When feminists talk about feminizing being something that infantalizes women, they are right. But it’s not just the shaved legs, shaved armpits, and men’s demands we look perpetually young and hot. It’s also that femininity requires women to have the mentality of a six year old her entire life. Women cannot competently engage with other adults or participate in intellectual conversations if we’re expected to act like little girls our entire lives. The more we’re preoccupied about being pretty, the less we’ll be able to think critically and thus protect ourselves from exploitation and abusive gaslighting bullshit. Men say “women are complicated” as an insult because they would rather we think and act like simple children who are more easily molded to suit their demands. There is the fuckability mandate, the issue of hobbling with regards to women’s clothes and toxic chemicals in make up, but feminization first and foremost happens in the mind. It’s designed to stunt women’s potential from an early age. One of the main criticisms I got as a teenager and a young adult is that I “think too much.” Well that’s probably because men and misogynist women prefer I don’t think about anything at all. After all, what’s the point in women thinking critically. It makes us less compliant, and therefore, less useful to Patriarchy.
