Post modernism in all its forms – especially today’s ‘progressive’ politics – is just another word game that creates the illusion of an oppressive reality to empower the ideologues as some kind of liberating and moral hall monitor over the rest of us. It’s the same thing, the same tactic, that religions have used forever using the language of metaphysics (now the language of post modern wokism) to describe something that isn’t real but assumed to be so and then uses the form of logic to ‘prove’ that what isn’t real is. Voila. As Holmes would say, “The game is afoot.”
The premises used in this tactic presumes the conclusion and then presents this illogical framing – be it ‘systems of oppression’ or ‘god the Creator’ – to justify the very real oppression these ideologies and activist ideologues then impose on everyone to ‘liberate’ us from the identified ‘evil’ only they can see, using righteousness and zeal as a shield while assigning blasphemy and immorality to anyone who dares disagrees or criticizes… or respects what’s true and knowable.
