Greetings folks. My apologies for the absence, but this year my holiday was extended and thus, I was not at my usual blog writing space hence the lack of activity.
We had a very nice Christmas Breakfast as the Breakfast inspector can attest to:
Some of things we did this holiday season include a trip to the Capitol city raceway festival of lights:
And of course the seizure tree and festive libation:
So, at least I’m not late for Orthodox New Year. Happy New Year from everyone at DWR to our fine readership (Fiona approves of this message).

That looks like a lot of snow. Hope you guys didn’t suffer with the recent storm. Here, we’ve been transported back to mid winter. Kid you not, we’re in jumpers and shivering.
Have a great 2023 Arb!

I think we might be below average here snow-wise. :) I’ll get a picture of my backyard for tomorrow if I remember.
The storm I think you’re referring to happened a province over, OTOH we’ve had our fair share of snow fun.
Really? What’s going on down there? We are in week two of mild temps here -10C to a balmy +1C today. Shorts weather. :)

I suspect some gremlin has gotten into the weather Machine and is operating a tango dance class.
