I thought I recognized her voice… and it just so happens to involve last week’s Friday Musical Interlude that I heard from a cappella extraordinaire singer Peter Hollens earlier this year!

Good ear. :> She has a very nice voice. I hope she does more work soon with the quality of the GoT cover and Baba Yetu.
Bleatmop deserves the credit for bringing these great artists to my attention. :)

This is such a great time to be alive!
All this music is available at the click of a mouse and new adventures in production and performances that has nothing to do with the industrialization of the old model. Fantastic opportunities to express music and share its performances without having to go through the old and highly constraining bottlenecks. But I do worry about the loss of symphonic orchestras who cannot adapt to this new world.

It was a sad day when the CBC radio orchestra was disbanded. :(

I love watching her sing. When she takes a breath and looks down, she does it in all the different takes she is using to, I think harmonize is the word, and then she snaps her head back up to start singing again. It’s really cool because all the different takes basically do it in unison.
