That, of course, is a shrike, or butcher bird. This one appears to be on a dive to catch a vole or large insect. Shrikes impale their victims on thorns for future hungry times. The ones around here are called Northern Shrike. So, unless you’re the size of a small mouse, not too much danger to be harassed by this dive-bomber. Guaranteed its targeting is much more accurate than any American drone bomber.
