Well that was refreshing . . . and revealing (one of the rankings included how well an argument’s premises hid the arguments flaws–definitely a truth seeker there).
There are two things missing. One is that a philosophical argument can only tie the truth of the conclusion to the truths of the premises, which are assumed. Consequently a philosophical argument cannot prove the existence of anything, let alone a god.
Second, philosophical arguments are appeals to reason. Believers who put faith about reason (all Christians?) are demeaning their own stance by reaching out to reason.
The presenter needs to be given props for a balanced presentation and there were more than a few things left out but by and large it was a fair exposition as to the arguments suitability to be used apologetically.
