The left is so oblivious to their own deep dive into ideological fascism that even a Trump is a preferable choice for a majority.

Trump would have my vote if I was an American. The Democrats ash-canned their president, didn’t hold another primary, and decided to acclaim a DEI hire into power – Plus the open border fiasco and deciding that women are a feeling and not a quantifiable object.

To show just how divisive this ideology is and just how oblivious its supports are to reality, this article by Teixeira talking about how the progressives ‘blew it’ gives us remarkable statistical evidence how wide the gap really is between ‘normal people’ and urban liberal white female progressive college graduates (think ‘inverse’ on any given social policy or issue no matter how wide the difference). One comment in particular is worth reading so I am reposting it without permission here (public domain):
“Teixeira is largely right, and I hate to look a gift horse in the mouth, but: he lets progressivism off way too easy here.
To say that they “blew it” makes it sound like they just fumbled the ball or something. No. This is what progressivism *is*. It’s a radical, anti-liberal, anti-American, anti-Western, anti-rationalist movement.
All the policies Teixeira discusses were not only idiotic, but *it was obvious from the beginning to anyone with more than two brain cells to rub together* that they were idiotic.
But Woketarian progressivism is just another name for the political correctness movement that wrecked universities in the late ’80s–and is still wrecking them today. It is, at its core, Orwellian and anti-liberal. Progressivism opposes freedom of speech and thought, and insists that politically incorrect facts are, in some sense, not facts at all–that when facts clash with leftist politics, it is the former that must yield. And we’re not only talking about obscure, controversial, easily-fudged facts, either. We’re talking about, e.g., “women do not have penises.” Overnight, the left came to believe / pretend to believe that men in dresses were women. And they shrieked like banshees at those of us who refused to go along with the farce. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg…
Political correctness–Woketarian progressivism–whatever you want to call it–is the most dangerous, totalitarian, idiotic major political movement to plague America in my lifetime.
To say that they “blew it” simply doesn’t properly capture the depths of its intellectual and political depravity.”
As I said, the Left is oblivious to its own fascism. And it will cost them the next election.
