Carefully look at the list. See the absence of one key demographic? The ACLU continues to be up its own arse whenever it has to deal with rights issues that effect half of the population.

Helen Lewis writes in her article in The Atlantic of a solution grounded it pragmatic and realistic terms:
“When I questioned the wisdom of foregrounding the small minority of people who seek abortions but do not identify as women, the ACLU’s Branstetter told me, “Transgender people do not have the privilege of pretending that we do not exist. When we use inclusive language, it’s because we recognize that transgender people do exist.” Such language, she argued, is “not at all at odds with the broader mission of ensuring that anyone who wants an abortion can have access to it.” Yet little evidence suggests that the ostentatious banishment of women will help the American abortion-rights campaign succeed. In Britain, where I live, the British Pregnancy Advisory Service, a major abortion provider, announced that it would continue to use women and other gendered language in much of its general literature, while developing tailored materials for clients who identify otherwise. Not only has the sky not fallen as a result, but Britons continue to have access to state-funded abortions, paid for out of general taxation. While American charities congratulate themselves on the purity of their language, the communities they serve—people of all genders who could have a free abortion in Britain—struggle to access terminations. No one should be polishing their halo here.”
What? You mean you do not have to blow up the current system of meanings and protections just to accommodate a small minority of people? It is, in fact, possible as tailoring services to specific demographics can be done without erasing females from society.
Well done British Pregnancy Advisory Service. Boo ACLU.
Call your political representatives, find out if they can define what a woman is. If they cannot, consider moving your vote to someone who can.
“What was going through Weyant’s [second place female] head as she was trying to chase down Thomas? That’s something that would be interesting to get from the competitor. We do know that Thomas left her own Penn teammates in tears as they prepared to race the biological male all the while knowing they were about to be destroyed by Thomas.
“They feel so discouraged because no matter how much work they put in it, they’re going to lose. Usually, they can get behind the blocks and know they out-trained all their competitors and they’re going to win and give it all they’ve got,” a Penn swimmer told OutKick in December.
Weyant clearly gave it all she had Thursday night. ESPN’s Rowdy Gaines saw it. The swimming world saw it. And yet it was Thomas flat-out stealing the 500 freestyle national championship from a biological female because the spineless NCAA wouldn’t rewrite its rules to prevent something like what happened to Weyant.

This from CBC Kamloops. A nice bit of female erasure to start your day.

It would seem our national news broadcaster has mysteriously misplaced the common knowledge that only women have the capacity to be pregnant. This is blatant female erasure from the public sphere, and it must be stopped.
Please follow the link back to the article and report a typo in the headline and correct the headline so it matches the reality we all share.
Thank you.
Meghan Murphy doesn’t hold anything back as she decries the tomfoolery of the gender-magic on display from the US federal government.
“Yesterday, we witnessed a historic moment: US assistant health secretary Rachel Levine was sworn in as the first ever female four-star admiral of the Public Health Service Commissioned Corps. Wait, no. That’s not right… Let me start again.
Yesterday, the man President Joe Biden selected as assistant health secretary became the sixth man to be named four-star admiral of the Public Health Service Commissioned Corps.
Yesterday, America became a laughing stock, as the president elected by the good people of America (not to be confused with the bad people of America) and all of mainstream media presented the appointment of an old, fat white man (with long hair!) as admiral of the Public Health Service Commissioned Corps as a historic moment.
“Dr. Rachel Levine, the nation’s most senior transgender official, made history again Tuesday by becoming the first openly transgender four-star officer across any of the country’s eight uniformed services,” NBC News reported.
The New York Times went even further, tweeting:
“Dr. Rachel Levine was sworn in as the first female four-star admiral in the history of the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, a uniformed service of more than 6,000 health, science and engineering professionals.”
To be fair, they were only repeating what had been announced by the Biden administration, which was that “Admiral Levine now serves as the highest ranking official in the USPHS Commissioned Corps and its first ever female four star admiral.” But to also be fair, it is the job of the New York Times (and all media) to report the truth, not to simply parrot whatever the government feeds them. And, to be fair, Rachel Levine is not female and never will be. And, to be fair, everyone knows it.
What kind of planet are we living on wherein we all pretend putting yet another man into a role that has always been filled by men equates to “a giant step forward towards equality as a nation”? Or “a history-making show of diversity and inclusion”? Has there never before been a man who enjoys wearing women’s clothing in such a position? Do they screen men for fetishes before they can be appointed to admiral? Clearly they don’t screen them for having spent time as military officers, as Levine has not had any military career to speak of. I suppose his time spent in dresses makes up for his lack of service.”
Who doesn’t support rights for everyone? I most certainly do.
But what happens behind the sloganeering? Gender ideology and transactivism suffer from intentional definitional opacity because with scrutiny it can be observed that their tenets are neither logical or even coherent. For example –

This is only tip of the iceberg stuff. :/
Deception is key to much of the fringe gender/trans-activist platform. Certainly no lawful person should be deprived of their rights, but when the conception of rights goes on to infringe on the rights and boundaries of others, then it is most certainly a problem.

Unfortunately, the real thrust of these activists is only now being discovered by wider society. Many people are still think that this is a somehow a courageous operation akin to the Gay Rights movement.
It isn’t.
Gender ideologues will ruthlessly co-opt and parasitize any movement to forward it’s anti-female agenda. See liberal feminism, BLM, and Antifa.
So, the challenge when you hear the term ‘trans-rghts’ is this – which rights currently do they not possess, and which rights are they actually campaigning for. If the results look like what Ms.Harris is describing, you should seriously consider withholding your support for what is most decidedly an infringement of female rights and boundaries.
This webpage from the Official Canadian Department of Justice is incomplete because of this:

Where the hell is the definition for men? Did our esteemed Canadian Legal Justice of Department make a little oopsy-boo boo? Probably not. You know why? Because the category of men is fucking indisputable, men will not tolerate having their category “expanded to be more inclusive” because ‘as it known’ men are fully fucking human and distinct category within society. Those females though, they get a whole new meaning that erases them from society it can be found later in this gem of a webpage. I quote:
“Women: All people who identify as women, whether they are cisgender or transgender women.”
A kindly reminder double XX’ers that you malleable and erasable in society, -because ‘gender-feelings’ – males can claim they are women and should be treated as female, and have access to female only spaces, services, and sports.
I’ll be identifying as rightfully pissed off until this gender nonsense is debunked, repealed, and removed from official Canadian Government Websites.
I say erroneous because it includes bullshit like this:
“Cisgender: People whose gender identity matches the sex that they were assigned at birth.”
No person ‘identifies’ with the toxic set of stereotypes that society attempts to shoehorn them into. Especially true for women, as identifying as second class citizen (work for less, second shift, objectification FTW!!!), just isn’t fucking appealing.
Gender-diverse: Refer to individuals who do not identify as exclusively male or exclusively female (for example, individuals who are non-binary or two-spirit).
People have personalities. You are either male or female, with a personality.
Gender identity: A person’s internal and deeply felt sense of being a man or woman, both or neither. A person’s gender identity may or may not align with the gender typically associated with their sex.
What kind of fucking bullshit is this. We do not have souls, gendered or otherwise. What – exactly – does feeling like a woman (or man) entail? Can you describe the experience without using stereotypes?
Non-binary: Person whose gender identity does not align with a binary understanding of gender such as man or woman. A non-binary person may identify as neither a man nor a woman, both, or anywhere along the gender spectrum.
I feel the need to have my own special category that is essentially meaningless so I can feel good about myself for my supposed uniqueness… Get quickly into the Sea, narcissist.
Sex assigned at birth: A person’s biological status as male, female, or intersex based on their primary sexual characteristics at birth.
Sex is observed at birth. There is no assigning. The doctor looks at your junk and on that can accurately observe what sex you are. No assignment necessary.
Women: All people who identify as women, whether they are cisgender or transgender women.
Goddammit Canada. I’m going to identify as the fucking Queen and have the legal department hung by its thumb until some fucking sense trickles back into the department. Women are adult human females. End of fucking story you nitwits.
Gender ideology is infesting our institutions. It needs to be stopped before it goes any farther.
