Yep. This is really the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the gender-feels cult. This argument in particular is meant to shame women who are trying to defend their rights and boundaries.

Femininity is a performance, imposed on us, by males, purely for male benefit.
Males have attached the invented set of behaviors that they call femininity to women, and they now cannot tell the difference between a person that performs femininity, and a woman.
I am not a woman because I perform femininity. I am a woman because I am adult human female.
A male can perform femininity. He will be really good at it, too, since males created and enforced that set of behaviors. Performance of femininity doesn’t make him a woman.
But he knows that. He is just playing confused. Because if he acts confused, he can just take what he wants, and avoid responsibility for the devastation that he is willfully causing.
Rape, equal pay, abortion, birth control, many, many confusing things for males. Males can’t stop what they can’t figure out.
