Do think that the gender-magic might be a problem now? This corrosive religion demands absolute conformity to its strictures or you will be punished. Women who have *CORRECTLY* pointed out that this is a man have been suspended from twitter for doing so.
Truth matters. Freedom of Speech Matters. Female boundaries and safety matter. If you do not speak out against the hurt feelings/I’m offended crowd, you tacitly endorse this sort of unacceptable behaviour. Defend your rights.

Justdad7 has a great article on how the misuse of statistics and bad studies are being used by the gender religious to support their arguments. I highly recommend going to his substack and reading the entire article.
The Appeal to Authority
The people who write gender flap-doodle are not stupid. You need to learn a lot of facts in order to twist them and to get your stuff published you need fairly impressive credentials. Any particularly pointed challenge to a piece of gender woo woo from a lay person is likely to be met with the indignant response along the lines of, “How dare you challenge someone who holds a Doctorate from an Ivy League University and publishes in Peer Reviewed Journals.”
This line of argument is a fallacy which has a fancy Latin name, the argument um ad verecundiam or the appeal to authority.
People with doctoral degrees from prestigious universities have to be very bright and hardworking at least at some points in their careers. However, they can still make mistakes and if someone points out a specific mistake, you need to answer the specific point.
A weak or fallacious argument from an expert does not get any better if it is endorsed by lots of other experts. This is the fallacy of argumentum ad numeram or the appeal to popularity. When someone points out that gender affirming care has been endorsed y the American Psychological Association, the American Pediatric Association, the Endocrine Society and many other medical organizations, it is still legitimate to ask whether any of these groups based their endorsement on a systematic evidence review.
The appeal to authority persists because it serves a social purpose. Questioning everything is good advice in the classroom but in day to day life there simply is not time. We need to be able to rely on expert advice without scrutinizing every detail.
Liberal society has developed a matrix of safeguards to ensure that expert advice is reliable, most of the time. Professionals are licensed and regulated by governing bodies. Scientific papers are subject to peer review. Academic tenure protects researchers from undue government and corporate pressure. The press watches for cases of abuse.
The rise of gender ideology has seen all of these safeguards fail simultaneously. It will take time to rebuild them and the loss of public trust will take even longer to undo.
How do you have programs for a certain segment of the population that you cannot define?
This is an endpoint of transgender ideology, namely, the erasure of women as a sex class in society.
Remember when the ACLU was an organization that fought for rights and justice in American society? Please put that outdated notion straight into the bin. The ACLU has been ideologically captured and now actively fights against the rights and safety of women in American society, specifically American women in prison who do not want to share their confines with male bodied people. But no, female safety and boundaries must be sacrificed on the alter of transgender ideology because male gender feelings must take precedent of the physical safety of females.

“One-third of the requests for transfer from men’s prisons to women’s prisons include an inmate who had been convicted of a sex offense,” Adams says, noting that the figures are similarly stark in the federal prison system, where 48% of trans-identified male inmates were imprisoned on a sex offense.
“Ultimately what we are dealing with is a complete denial of reality,” Adams says, “The ACLU along with every person on this planet knows what men and women are, and what makes them different. Their denial of this fact in order to validate the identities of male offenders is embarrassing.”
WoLF is expected to file their response to the ACLU’s intervention by May 31.

More please.
This sort of refutation of transgeder ideological talking points needs to be everywhere. This is not about ‘being kind’ this is about recognizing the reality we all live in and BEING FAIR.
Call your political representatives, find out if they can define what a woman is. If they cannot, consider moving your vote to someone who can.
There is nothing kind about affirming the magical pronouns of others. Reinforcing the detachment from reality in others is quite the opposite of being kind.
There is nothing kind about endorsing the idea that if a man calls himself, by ‘she/her’ pronouns then suddenly he becomes an adult human female. This is not possible as human beings, in the vast majority, grow down one of two developmental pathways. Either you produce (or have the potential to) large immobile gametes, or you produce small mobile gametes and the related bio-mechanical infrastructure necessary to potentially pass your genetic material on to the next generation – also known as being female or male.
Sex is immutable in the human species and does not change regardless of how strongly you happen to believe in gender identity magic.
So, by not using the wrong pronouns for males and females you make the statement that you have a commitment to comporting with the reality we all share and maintaining said reality’s grounded attachment to the world of fact.
It is okay to say, “No, I don’t believe in the pronoun rules associated with gender identity” (and the larger notion of trans gender ideology). It is okay to reject the delusional notion that men – because they feel like women – actually are women. You are rejecting the gender-orthodoxy that is profoundly damaging to female safety, rights, and spaces within society. In time, your stance will be applauded as it comports with reality we share.
