It’s mostly the “trans men” who will complain, because how dare anyone call their clitoris a female organ, when it’s their dick and they’re male? SOME MEN HAVE UTERI! they will tell you.
Yeah.
Meanwhile, I *have* heard of “trans women” insisting on being seen by gynecologists.

It would do the debate good for medical professional to speak up about the providing differentiated healthcare that is based on biological fact.
Another voice stating the importance of acknowledging material reality would be welcome in this latest struggle against patriarchy.

Hearing TIF’s and TIM’s speak out against material reality is quite disconcerting.
Some of their claims seem to come straight of the likes of 1984. Self-delusion is fine on a personal level, but expecting everyone else to go along with your make-belief is quite another story.
Especially when your claims threaten boundaries in society that are defined by sex, expressly for the protection of females.
Females are fighting back – see the latest at the Feminist Current for brave women being ‘male’ for a day and raising awareness of this issue.
