That was a great video. His video capture and editing technique was top notch. The only thing I would have done different that was of any consequence was that I would have used a thermometer to ensure it got to a perfect medium rare. After putting so much work into that masterpiece cooking by time seems like such a gamble. Although for all we know he stuck one in after he filmed putting it in the oven and before he filmed taking it out.
