Someday, some brute fact may just penetrate the ideological armor so many ‘progressive’ and ‘kind’ people wear. Perhaps this one will do the job out of a constant stream of facts, where I’ve been told repeatedly and insistently and often that NO child is allowed to self diagnose and receive medication, that NO child can receive experimental medication without being part of a study, that every child must first undergo MONTHs if not YEARS of psychological and psychiatric counselling and evaluations to reach this point. All are false but fervently believed to be true.
So it is no surprise that the reasoning behind this reality-denying tactic is that ANY contrary facts must be wrong because they are believed to be wrong. And so one must be transphobic to even raise the incompatibility that exists between reality and belief.
Bring on the law suits to burst this ideological bubble that when put into policy and practice is indisputably causing real harm to real people in real life. And it remains an ongoing real time medical experiment on children that is being defended. The delusion has to stop.
